Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website at jigsawlab.com, run by Jigsaw Lab LLC, a company based in Nevada, USA ("Jigsaw Lab", "we", "us"). It does not cover our apps. Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its store listing and from its page under jigsawlab.com/apps/.
What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and the site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own. The only information we receive is:
- What you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, your description of the project, and the optional timeline you pick. We also receive the time of the message and your IP address, which we use to deal with spam and abuse.
- What you send us by email if you write to [email protected] instead.
- Standard server logs: like any website, our hosting and CDN providers record technical data about each request (IP address, browser type, page requested, time).
How we use it
- To read your enquiry and reply to you, normally within 2 working days.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We only email you about your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
Who else handles it
- Hostinger hosts the website and sends the contact-form email.
- Cloudflare sits in front of the site as a CDN and security layer, so your request passes through its network.
- Google Fonts: the site loads its typefaces from Google. When your browser fetches them, Google receives your IP address and browser details, as described in Google's Fonts privacy FAQ.
- Our email provider receives and stores the messages sent to [email protected].
Links to the App Store, Google Play and other sites take you to services we do not control; their own policies apply there.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to answer you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time (see below), and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honour them.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children through it.

Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
